Come join us and be a part of our journey. The Aerosol Technician ensures the cleanliness, operation, and maintenance of all gas house tools and equipment. This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency, addressing safety concerns, and upholding quality standards within the gas house. The Technician will collaborate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and lead personnel to optimize operations and resolve downtime issues.

  • Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness, cGMP compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on gas house equipment.
  • Execute changeovers and troubleshoot downtime issues.
  • Maintain detailed downtime reports, action registers, and shift logs.
  • Document quality checks and ensure all inspection processes are accurate
  • Identify and correct product quality defects originating in the gas house.
  • Follow and enforce all safety and GMP guidelines.
  • Work with supervisors and lead personnel to address downtime and develop solutions.
  • Assist in training new gas house personnel and provide support to line mechanics during repairs or changeovers.
  • Address and report safety concerns.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisors or maintenance managers.
  • Some duties may vary slightly by location.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required)
  • Gas house operations and safety standards (High proficiency)
  • Preventive maintenance techniques (High proficiency)
  • Organizational and prioritization skills (High proficiency)
  • Attention to detail for documentation and inspections (High proficiency)
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated (High proficiency)
  • Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods (High proficiency)
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems (High proficiency)
  • Effective written and verbal communication (Medium proficiency)
  • Understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems (Medium proficiency)
  • Basic knowledge of electronic controls (Medium proficiency)
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities (Medium proficiency)
  • 1-3 years of general aerosol line experience (Preferred)
