Responsible for maintaining and repairing cold and hot food service equipment (ie: coolers, freezers, warmers, ovens). Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate measures to fix them. Participate in the District's Preventative Maintenance program. Respond to emergency repairs. Will be expected to be an active participant on the building leadership team and maintain strong communication with all facets of building leadership.
