You will be responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the property, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, and servicing equipment as necessary to ensure it meets all specifications. Additionally, you will inspect equipment before and after rental to document any lost or damaged items, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service. To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED, along with experience using common construction and industrial tools. Some training or experience in mechanical equipment repair is preferred. You will need to communicate effectively with customers, perform basic math skills, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A general mechanical aptitude and a safety-focused mindset are essential, and bilingual skills may be required based on location needs. The physical demands of this position include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more, as well as working indoors and outdoors as required.
