Requirements

• Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)
• Possesses 4+ years of directly-related professional work experience with an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science); or possesses an advanced degree in a related field and 3+ years of directly-related professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
