About The Position

The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program. The HHH Program is a direct hire program for talented individuals seeking careers in Consumer Lending, Consumer Small Business Banking, Human Resources, Technology, and Wealth Investment Management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Writer to join our Technology Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in technical writing and a working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. You will document operational procedures, supporting implementation efforts, and ensuring the stability and clarity of our technology solutions.
