As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world. We seek a highly motivated and skilled Technical Writer to join our New York-based Knowledge Management and Training team to deliver exceptional documentation for FreeWheel clients and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and solution architects, to gather information and produce top-notch technical documentation, user guides, release notes, and API-related work products. Your passion for simplifying complex technical concepts and working effectively in a dynamic environment will be vital in ensuring that our customers and internal teams can easily understand and make the most of our client resources and offerings.
