About The Position
Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to develop and deliver immersive training programs focused on technical writing best practices and documentation tools. This hands-on training role will educate technical writers, engineers, and other groups on information design, instructional writing, authoring tools, and related topics. The Critical Systems Training team develops clear, concise, and accurate documentation to support our data center operations, engineering, and support teams. We collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to create user guides, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting manuals, and other critical documents.
