We’re here to better our world with biology. Join us as our new Technical Warehouse Coordinator In this role, you will coordinate and administer all aspects related to the technical warehouse. You will be responsible for completing necessary documentation to ensure that accurate inventories are maintained, ordering technical and maintenance consumables, and ultimately be responsible for the technical warehouse success.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use CMMS software.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills including customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective informal leadership skills including making decisions and delegating.
  • Proficient understanding of all maintenance disciplines.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to become forklift certified within 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing on‑site Blair and off‑site Omaha maintenance warehouses.
  • Overseeing CMMS/SAP data entry, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and parts/consumables issuing for daily work orders and projects.
  • Coordinating warehouse operations, including hands‑on support, parts distribution, vendor management, and consignment/SMI stock control.
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating BOMs, and ensuring proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Optimizing warehouse layout, storage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leading inventory counts, resolving variances, and monitoring open POs and vendor profile updates.
  • Supporting improvement of kitting processes and parts delivery workflows.
