In this role, you will serve in a dual capacity—driving field service excellence and building technical capability across the organization. As a Flow Products Trainer / Advanced Troubleshooter, you will be the technical authority on Rosemount and MicroMotion Flow Measurement products, providing advanced troubleshooting support (both remote and onsite), while also leading product training for internal technicians, our Premier Service Provider (PSP) network, and external customers. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide expert-level technical support for Emerson Flow Measurement products, including Coriolis, Magnetic, Vortex meters, as well as density and viscosity technologies Troubleshoot complex flow measurement challenges both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely and effective resolution Support customers and Premier Service Provider (PSP) field technicians through remote assistance and/or on-site engagement Advice on repair, replacement, and upgrade strategies for installed flow measurement systems Develop and deliver formal classroom training to field technicians and external customers, on Emerson locations and/or customer sites Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to share field insights and contribute to product enhancements and launches Maintain active certifications across Emerson’s Flow product portfolio to ensure technical credibility and dispatch readiness Participate in internal and customer review meetings to monitor field trends, share learnings, and support continuous improvement Champion Emerson’s safety standards, quality expectations, and professional conduct in all service and training activities Who You Are: You are a skilled technical communicator and natural teacher who thrives in both hands-on field environments and collaborative learning settings. You bring curiosity, precision, and professionalism to every task and interaction—earning trust from customers, colleagues, and learners alike.
