About The Position
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Technical Training Manager to join a dynamic team impacting the entire organization! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementation, development, and evaluation of craft apprenticeship programs to develop talent across the company, in conjunction with craft talent strategy and applicable federal/DOL approved program guidelines. This role serves as a subject matter expert of curriculum design, execution, and coordination of the Apprenticeship Program with lead trainers.
