About The Position

The Technical Training Intern will assist the Fabick Cat Training Department with various setup and support tasks at the company's new training facility. This position provides hands-on experience in an educational and technical environment, supporting the setup and organization of training areas, materials, and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; enrollment in a technical, education, or business program preferred.
• Interest in technical training, heavy equipment, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow direction.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unpacking and organizing training materials, tools, and supplies.
• Set up training aids, classroom materials, and instructional displays.
• Help establish and maintain an organized training library of manuals, reference materials, and equipment documentation.
• Support instructors in preparing classrooms and lab areas for training sessions.
• Perform general facility support tasks, such as maintaining cleanliness and assisting with room setup or equipment movement.
• Conduct basic inventory of training supplies and report shortages or needed materials.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the training facility.
