About The Position

The Technical Training Advocate is responsible for training and creating educational resources for both employees and clients, focusing on TruBridge Clinical EHR applications, particularly the Pharmacy application. This role emphasizes independent work, public speaking, and effective communication, requiring the ability to host workshops, develop curriculums, and mentor new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field or related industry experience.
  • One or more years' experience supporting or implementing TruBridge Clinical applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and MS Teams.
  • Ability to learn new software and implement it in daily workflow.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize tasks for client satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional and positive image.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in creating instructional videos and scripts.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and documentation authoring tools.

Responsibilities

  • Host virtual/in-person workshops and one-on-one client training sessions.
  • Coordinate instructor-led training events, including scheduling and technology needs.
  • Design PowerPoints, training materials, and interactive aids for engaging learning experiences.
  • Track training attendance and gain feedback on training content to adjust agendas as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify client needs and adapt training programs accordingly.
  • Develop curriculums and training new employees, including setting training goals and timelines.
  • Mentor and coach new employees on customer service skills and best practices.
  • Create learning materials and monitor software changes for updates.
  • Document and publish software workflows in release notes and knowledge articles.
  • Speak at regional and national client conferences, creating engaging presentations and addressing client questions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Pharmacy application, researching and learning new applications.
