About The Position
Infosys Public Services is looking for an experienced Technical Test Lead with a background in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, especially in healthcare and social services projects. The ideal candidate should be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall development approaches and have strong skills in understanding and analyzing business and technical requirements. The primary responsibilities include conducting Functional End-to-End Testing, Data Conversion Testing, ETL Testing, Integration Testing, and System Testing. The role also involves reviewing requirements, creating and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full test coverage, and participating in all phases of testing, such as test planning, writing test cases, setting up test data, executing tests, and managing defects. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to communicate and work well with both technical teams and business users to help deliver high-quality software solutions.
