The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) plays a crucial role in supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) by analyzing and responding to requests for various analytic products. This position requires leveraging critical thinking and technical data exploitation skills to drive follow-on efforts, while also fostering a collaborative environment with both government and contractor teams.

  • Review and analyze requests for a variety of analytic products relevant to national and global topics.
  • Leverage critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset in technical data exploitation, processing, and visualization.
  • Independently utilize collection to drive follow-on efforts.
  • Support a blended government and contractor team environment through effective communication.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • Active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph.
  • 11+ years of experience in technical competencies such as analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.
  • 7+ cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs.
  • Proven cyber and technical targeting background with specific tools and databases.
  • Experience drafting intelligence reports and coordinating analyses across organizations.
  • Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues.
  • Solid organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic customer requirements.
  • 16+ years of experience in technical competencies such as analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation.
  • Foreign language proficiency in speaking, reading, and/or listening.
  • Willingness to mentor other team members on technical topics.
