About The Position

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Technical Targeter who has experience operating SIGINT tools to address technical and operational requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring ongoing and transparent communication between the customer and partners. The Targeter shall possess the ability to exercise discretion working within the sounds of sponsor, and host administrative and security requirements. The individual will onboard with the sponsor at their office in Sterling, VA for a period of 3 -6 months. Following this period and pending adjudication of access requirements, the individual's primary work location will be Annapolis Junction, MD. The Targeter will be expected to maintain an ongoing dialogue with the sponsor office and return at least two times per month for in-person meetings with the customer in Sterling, VA. Objectives for the individual include working as part of a team to inform requirements through advanced targeting and analysis using the SIGINT system. The individual shall: Conduct overwatch of customer areas of interest Conduct targeting and analysis to reveal technical information necessary to inform research, development, operational planning, and operations and maintenance

Requirements

Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly
Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience can be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively communicating between sponsor and partners
Experience presenting briefing materials, technical deep-dives, and step-by-step procedures to technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion when operating in partner environments
Advanced experience using targeting and partner analytic tools
Experience with communications infrastructure

Nice To Haves

Mandarin language, listening or reading experience
Technical understanding of communications equipment
Exposure to or involvement in planning technical collection operations
