Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong emphasis on technical roles (data science, engineering).
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top technical talent.
  • Experience with passive candidate outreach and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills for technical roles, as well as non-technical when needed.
  • A data-driven approach with experience tracking and improving hiring metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical stakeholders and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers in data science and engineering to deeply understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively source passive and active technical candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and seamless process management.
  • Use data and insights to optimize recruiting processes and support stronger hiring decisions.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to highlight BetterHelp as an employer of choice for technical talent.
