• Experience sourcing talent in a high-volume, in-house environment.
• Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source talent in a high-volume, in-house environment.
• Craft Boolean search strings for sourcing candidates in niche industries and roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidates based on hiring needs.
• Identify trends and insights from response and conversion rates to make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities effectively.
