In this role, you’ll analyze and document complex systems, workflows, and business processes to design scalable, efficient, and high-quality technical solutions. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in system design, integration, and data analysis. This role is a great fit for someone who’s passionate about understanding how systems work, improving how teams deliver technology solutions, and driving impactful change across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other equivalent field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Strong foundation in systems design, integration, and software development lifecycles.
  • Lead end-to-end analysis of complex business problems, utilizing advanced analytical techniques and tools to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in analyzing business problems and business processes by showing curiosity and incorporating feedback into documentation.
  • Must have experience with wireframe & workflow tools (Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Figma, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and modeling languages (e.g., UML)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros), and experience with other data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current and new business processes, system interfaces, dependencies, and workflows.
  • Ensure systems architectures are robust, scalable, and aligned with Tech and software development best practices.
  • Reverse-engineer existing and new systems to translate and document functions into clear technical specifications.
  • Identify root causes and validate business problems through detailed analysis of business and system requirements. Provide support by researching and resolving production issues.
  • Leverage analytics, reporting, and metrics to monitor system performance and validate the success of implemented solutions.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions that align with project goals, working effectively within Agile teams.
  • Support the design of software systems, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and high-quality outcomes.
  • Think beyond individual systems to optimize the entire technology ecosystem.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
