The Oregon Health Authority has a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Systems Analyst to join an excellent team and work to advance their IT career. The Technical Systems Analyst collaborates with Senior IT staff in the design of the disaster recovery process, maturation of the disaster recovery plans, and growth of partnerships with leaders across OIS, ODHS and OHA and alignment to health and service equity as the foundation of every engagement. The Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for the production, updating, and exercising of Disaster Recovery playbooks and incorporates new business requirements. Recommends prioritization where there are conflicting needs. The Technical Systems Analyst also participates in mid-level strategic planning for resource utilization, disaster planning, new technologies, and acquisition strategies, change control management, system performance, and overall security. The Technical Systems Analyst supports the disaster recovery process through frequent reviews and updates to plans and testing of the plans via table-top exercises. The Technical Systems Analyst operates across agencies and organizational programs and divisions to guide towards common and effective disaster recovery plans that promote the availability of enterprise capabilities in alignment with business priorities of OHA and ODHS and a practice of good stewardship of Oregon investments.
