Linxx Global, Inc. (Linxx) is currently seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Technician to support the technical counterintelligence mission for the Counterintelligence Branch. This position is located at the Pentagon or other DoD facilities within the National Capital Region (NCR). The TSCM Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections of office spaces to detect and neutralize any unauthorized surveillance threats. The role requires adherence to established TSCM protocols and standards to ensure thorough inspections, as well as accurate documentation of all inspection activities and findings. The technician will maintain detailed records and logs of daily operations, ensuring clarity and completeness, and will provide clear and concise briefings on inspection results during operational meetings and staff updates. In addition to inspections, the TSCM Technician will prepare written reports in the PFPA-SSD report format within five days of the investigation, detailing findings and recommendations. The role involves managing and operating advanced radio frequency monitoring equipment, analyzing signal data, resolving detected anomalies, and managing a signals database for historical comparison of signal threats. The technician will also provide advice on neutralizing threat signals based on analysis and conduct mobile device detection sweeps as mandated by PFPA. Assisting in TSCM investigations, including instrumented and physical searches of all possible signal transmission mediums and communication network systems, is also a key responsibility. Compliance with DoD, IA-30, and PFPA policies governing the workplace is essential, along with completing mandatory training, including Information Assurance (IA), Cyber Awareness, Antiterrorism (AT) Level I, and OPSEC awareness training within the required timeframe. The TSCM Technician will support the PFPA by executing coordination/completion of various business matters proactively and will adhere to the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan to ensure performance standards are met. Providing briefings to senior DoD executives and policy decision-makers as required is also part of the role. This position is contingent upon contract award and requires a commitment to uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity in all operations.
