Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Practitioner The Opportunity: As a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures ( TSCM ) Practitioner, you’ll c ond uct TSCM, foreign visit, gift inspection, digital counterexploitation, technical evaluation activities, and other technical operations supporting the agency TSCM program, TSSC modernization goals, and counterintelligence divisions. You’ll maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency-level policies , ensuring compliance with all facets of reporting and training requirements, as well as all other regulatory guidelines. What You’ll Work On: C ond uct TSCM operations consistent with national and DoD policies governing the employment of TSCM tactics, techniques, and procedures. Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions to mitigate the identified deficiencies. Analyze complex physical and technical security issues and provide cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements. Prepare spe cia lized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, after action reports, tailored briefings, and other administrative communication necessary to support the CI mission. Perform Radio Frequency ( RF ) signal of interest searches. Assess and locate signals of interest discovered during surveys, system notification, and IPMS operations.   • 7+ years of experience in intelligence or counterintelligence
  • Knowledge of TSCM and CI policy and ICD 705
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Interagency Training Center ( ITC ) TSCM Certification
  • Experience writing and editing technical documents
  • Experience with telephone security such as with Telephone Security Group ( TSG ) requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred ; Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field a plus
  • DoD 8570 Information Assurance ( IA ) Level II Certification
  • Graduate of a Federal or DoD CI Training Academy
