About The Position

This role is for a seasoned Executive Protection Travel Agent, an elite operator with a proven track record in domestic and international protective assignments. The ideal candidate is tactically sound, emotionally intelligent, and operationally agile, thriving in high-pressure environments, maintaining absolute discretion, and bringing a proactive mindset to every mission. This position is a strategic asset, capable of navigating complex logistics, dynamic threat landscapes, and high-profile engagements with precision and poise. As a Technical Surveillance Countermeasure Travel Agent, you will be entrusted with the safety, mobility, and operational continuity of executives and high-profile individuals across diverse environments.

Requirements

5+ years in Domestic/International Executive Protection, with field-based coverage experience.
Prior military, law enforcement, or emergency response experience in high-threat environments.
Valid HR-218/LEOSA and/or multi-state CCW.
Valid Guard Card (where applicable).
U.S. Passport & Driver’s License.
High School Diploma or GED.
Completion of Physical Readiness Test (PRT).
Successful Background Investigation.
Participation in random drug screenings.
Tactical awareness and advanced critical thinking under pressure.
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication.
Physical fitness and readiness for extended operations.
Ability to operate independently and within elite teams.
Command presence and confidence in high-stakes environments.

Nice To Haves

Training in incident response, emergency medicine, or crisis management.
Executive Protection certifications (ASIS, close protection, defensive driving).
Experience with advanced surveillance systems and security technologies.
Prior work with high-profile clients or in high-security environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver seamless, discreet, and effective personal security during travel, daily activities, and high-visibility events.
Plan and execute secure itineraries including air, ground, and accommodations, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage.
Employ advanced surveillance techniques to identify risks, monitor environments, and neutralize potential threats.
Manage access for employees, vendors, and visitors across multiple properties and operational zones.
Operate as a primary driver for executive movements, ensuring safe transit through urban, rural, and international settings.
Build trusted relationships with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement to ensure coordinated protection.
Uphold the highest standards of privacy and operational secrecy in all interactions and documentation.
Partner with intelligence teams, GSOC assets, and law enforcement to proactively mitigate threats and respond to incidents.
Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations, providing timely intelligence to leadership.
Adapt to fast-paced, multifaceted environments with agility, professionalism, and mission-first focus.
