About The Position

We’re looking for a versatile and resourceful technical professional who enjoys solving problems across both hardware and software. This hybrid role combines PC troubleshooting and setup, day-to-day IT support, and web/application development.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting instincts and confidence diagnosing PC issues
• Experience with Windows environments, system setup, and common IT tools
• Working knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL Server) and basic client/server concepts
• Ability to switch between IT support tasks and development work as needed
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
• A self-starter mindset - you enjoy figuring things out

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with vbScript, classic ASP, or VBA
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Prior helpdesk or MSP experience

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line PC triage, troubleshooting, and system setup for new and existing users
• Configure workstations, install software, and assist with basic networking tasks
• Support users with technical issues in a clear, patient, and solution-oriented manner
• Develop and maintain websites, internal tools, and small applications
• Assist with client/server programming tasks and database-driven systems
• Collaborate on technical projects, documentation, and process improvements
• Help streamline workflows and identify opportunities for automation
