Job Summary Under the direction of the Systems or Network Administrator, support and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Perform routine maintenance, monitor system health, and address escalated technical issues. Assist in implementing security measures, configuring equipment, and supporting IT projects to ensure reliable system operations. Duties and Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support by phone, chat, tickets, and other methods. Provide advanced support to the service desk team. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of current software systems, operational procedures, network technologies, and technological developments Assists the Systems or Network Administrator in the support and management of assigned systems or network infrastructure. Provide advanced support in assigned areas. Maintains UBH Cybersecurity standards. Ensures systems are in line with overall IT and UBH policies and standards. Maintains confidentiality of all computer files. Accepts additional responsibilities as assigned. Professional Requirements Ensures that appearance and personal conduct are professional at all times. Excellent attendance record. Wears appropriate clothing for job functions. Wears ID badge. Works at maintaining a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with physicians, administration, and staff. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices. Regulatory Requirements IT-related degree or Industry Certifications demonstrating advanced skills are preferred. 2+ years of experience in IT preferred.
