We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide global technical assistance to healthcare providers who use Nox Medical hardware and software solutions. In this role, you will support users by phone, and through email, offering patient and compassionate guidance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a remote position. Work schedule would either be Sunday-Wednesday 4pm - 2am Eastern time OR Wednesday-Saturday 4pm - 2am Eastern time.
