About The Position

Assist Information Technology Officer in maintaining, implementing and administering all aspects of the bank’s IT policies and procedures. Assist users in resolving problems through diagnoses and discussion. Take the necessary steps to research, isolate and resolve problems. The responsibilities and duties of this position are subject to change without prior notice as the needs and/or circumstances of the bank change.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to work well with users and other employees
  • Good organizational skills
  • Professional telephone manners and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior banking experience or IT experience helpful

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee calls to solve routine software, hardware, and procedure problems.
  • Coordinate and assist with installation of hardware and software and implementation of procedure changes.
  • Install and configure peripheral equipment, load and configure operating systems, data bases, or applications.
  • Responsible for operational procedures on computer and maintenance of computer hardware.
  • Perform basic security functions as required. Including but not limited to, employee set up, password resets, system unlocks, etc.
  • Perform other duties or special projects assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary
