About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our on-site IT support team. This position requires hands-on experience in desktop setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable assisting with a range of additional technical tasks, including basic support for security systems, servers, and networking equipment. This is a unique, field-based role in a secure, structured setting where professionalism and adaptability are essential. The technician will be providing technical support to staff while occasionally interacting with individuals assigned to assist with daily operations.
