We have multiple openings for Technical Support Specialists to staff our 24/7 helpdesk supporting US Department of Defense hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Openings are available for day, night, and swing shifts. This is a full-time position. You will provide technical support via phone and email for equipment operating worldwide. The supported equipment includes but is not limited to servers, specialized appliances, data collection systems, sensors, and networks. This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.
