About The Position

As a Technical Support Specialist at MSI, you will help users navigate company products and how to use them. You will work closely with other Technical Support Specialists to solve complex hardware or software issues and respond to high call volumes. Your job will be to stay up-to-date on company products and how they work in order to best help customers with their questions. You may also be responsible for taking feedback from customers and relaying information about recurring issues with computer hardware or software to Product Engineers.
