About The Position

Under direct supervision provides Help Desk support, phone, PC workstation, software and hardware support as well as basic network and infrastructure support for the organization.

Requirements

Associate's degree in information technologies or similar OR 4 years technical experience in a computer environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare industry
Practical experience in the following: Windows workstation operating systems, Ethernet network equipment, TCP/IP, wireless technology, and workstation configuration
Technical certifications such as A+, CCNP, MCSE
