About The Position

This is a third shift position, work hours are from 11 pm to 7:30 am. Provides campus wide support for virtually all client facing information technology systems, including workstations, peripherals, and applications; coordinates projects; assists in the use and support of personal computer installations; implements projects as directed; analyzes, diagnoses and resolves personal computer hardware, operating system, or general application software installation problems; coordinates internal and external staff and equipment to insure timely and accurate installations; identifies needs and assesses the scope of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and one year of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support; or
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and three years of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support; or
  • High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and five years of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support.
  • Availability to work third shift, 11 pm to 7:30 am.
