Seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support, systems administration, and network management across multiple retail and corporate locations. The role involves supporting POS systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, Aruba networking equipment, and retail technology, while collaborating with store teams, corporate staff, and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement technology initiatives.

  • Manage and maintain networks (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, VPN) and server infrastructure.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure virtual services.
  • Support POS systems, store hardware, and payment processing.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and maintain cybersecurity policies, firewalls, and encryption.
  • Coordinate with vendors for escalations, service requests, and solutions.
  • Handle 20-30 weekly tickets and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Assist in technology deployments, store openings, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Proven experience in IT support or systems administration in retail/multi-site environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Windows administration, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
  • Networking knowledge, preferably with Aruba equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and integrations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology.
