About The Position
The Technical Support Engineer - Shipping and Staging ensures the successful field installation of communications equipment for critical public safety centers. This role involves configuring project requirements in the information system, setting up and preparing hardware to be as ready-to-go as possible, and ensuring everything is loaded and organized for the field installation team to implement seamlessly.
