Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Customer Support or Technical Services role.
  • High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites
  • Excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent technical, organizational & client relation skills
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work both independently and in team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills - includes both verbal and written skills
  • Able to lift 25lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Background in medical devices or general healthcare related support fields is beneficial but not required.
  • Associate’s degree or Certification providing proven knowledge of networking, computing, and hardware-software components preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to incoming e-mails and telephone calls
  • Provide friendly, highly professional, customer focused technical support
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer service-related inquiries
  • Provide technical solutions to customer equipment issues and maintain high customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Field questions relating to the installation and operation of systems and accessories.
  • Coordinate the replacement, return and repair of customer owned equipment.
  • Ensures service reported incidents are properly documented to support continuous improvement of product quality and customer feedback opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate hardware/software faults and provide root cause analysis of failures as required
  • Work cross-functionally to provide feedback to product development and engineering groups on product serviceability issues.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced support environment
