About The Position

XYZ is a Minneapolis, MN based company that has helped thousands of organizations build great teams by making the hiring process better. We've been fortunate enough to have an awesome team since day one and are looking to grow by adding a Technical Support Representative. In this role you'll be the key to customer happiness. When they contact us you'll be able to save their day by answering their questions or getting any technical issues fixed as fast as possible. You'll maintain and contribute to our knowledge base with updated instructions and media as the product changes. Who you are: You're tech-savvy and can recognize problems that aren't immediately obvious. You've at least played around with HTML/CSS or are willing to learn it. You're comfortable talking with customers, and able to clearly instruct them over phone, email, and live chat. Your writing skills are impeccable. Grammar and spelling mistakes don't slip by you. You care about helping our customers and can understand their situation. Our goal is to provide world-class support and we need people willing to go the extra mile with our customers to do so.
