We are seeking a candidate to handle technical customer support for our line of electronic locking systems and related Windows based software. Ideal candidate has experience in installing and maintaining software as well as simple computer networking skills. Additionally, the candidate will participate in product testing. Candidate needs to have good communication skills; as end customers interaction will be required.
