About the Opportunity We are hiring Technical Support Representatives to join a new in-office team in San Marcos, TX. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping others, prefer a structured office environment, and are looking for a steady, full-time position with competitive pay. This is not a remote or hybrid role — candidates must be able to work on-site daily. What You’ll Be Doing Assist clients with questions related to their accounts or services Provide clear, professional, and accurate support Follow established procedures and document interactions as required Work as part of a collaborative, fast-paced office team Specific responsibilities and system training details will be shared during the interview process.
Requirements
