The Technical Support Representative plays a key role in supporting Celero Commerce’s technology operations by providing exceptional technical assistance to end users. This customer-centric position is responsible for troubleshooting issues related to enterprise applications, network connectivity, desktop infrastructure (both physical and virtual), operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
