About The Position

Celero Commerce is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! The Technical Support Representative plays a key role in supporting Celero Commerce’s technology operations by providing exceptional technical assistance to end users. This customer-centric position is responsible for troubleshooting issues related to enterprise applications, network connectivity, desktop infrastructure (both physical and virtual), operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about helping others — ensuring all support requests are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Dallas, TX - based position
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the payments space.
  • Strong technical expertise with payment solutions, such as gateways and credit card terminals
  • Must be reliable and disciplined to work effectively from home
  • Professional and courteous phone demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated technical support calls across multiple call queues
  • Manage escalated technical support tickets through the CRM system
  • Provide a high level of service and support
  • Research and respond to integration-related questions
  • Serve as backup support for our Level II team when necessary
  • Assist with technical inquiries and research as needed
  • Utilize critical thinking to solve complex problems efficiently
