The Technical Support Representative III will be responsible for providing advanced assistance to customers over the phone, through electronic communication, and during field visits to diagnose and solve documented and undocumented service and installation issues. Service Technicians are required to drive Company vehicles to and from customer locations. This position will serve our Raypak Division, located in Fort Myers, FL. This open role is remote; however, our ideal candidate should reside at or near Fort Myers, FL. Ability to meet in person for training and meetings is required. Please note, there will also be times where going out to the field will be required.
