About the job Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems software and hardware to ensure proper operation of technology applications and equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or help desk support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic technical proficiency with web navigation and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of retirement plans or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from plan sponsors and internal users.
  • Troubleshooting login issues and assisting with navigation of retirement systems.
  • Submitting tickets and escalating issues on behalf of clients.
  • Providing clear and professional communication via phone and email.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
