  • Basic IT skills and understanding of operational procedures of a single brand and corresponding technical hardware and software.
  • Novice proficiency with oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with hardware equipment such as POS terminals, printers, chip/card readers, POS scanners, modems, firewalls, and network switches.
  • Experience with general networking protocols.
  • Understanding of 4G/LTE technology.
