About The Position

The Technical Training Provider is responsible for delivering ongoing support to customers regarding the TruBridge RCM CORE modules, which include Claims Management, Claims Submission and Scrubbing, and Remittance Management. The role involves troubleshooting issues, analyzing payer problems, and providing comprehensive support related to the RCM modules to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work issues to resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare billing.
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to positively represent the company.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills with high degree of critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to research independently and comprehend the research in relation to the software.
  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with ongoing support and troubleshooting issues related to the TruBridge RCM software.
  • Analyze payer claim and remittance data.
  • Utilize the TruBridge RCM software functionalities to help clients achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve support cases.
  • Keep situations/support cases updated according to team policies.
  • Resolve situations while providing education to the end user.
  • Receive feedback from customers and co-workers constructively.
  • Conduct client support according to team policies.
  • Maintain strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
