The Technical Support Operations Intern works within the Technical Support Operations team to provide operational support for internal customers including reporting, systems administration, assistance with quality review and training, and organizational structure support. The Technical Support Operations Intern provides direct assistance to internal Jamf leadership and peers. This role is offered as hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office 1 day per week of your choosing. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Eau, Claire, WI & Minneapolis, MN.

  • Utilize available documentation and resources to assist in the creation of needed business reporting to assist in critical organizational decisions.
  • Partner with tech stack administrators to assist with systems operations and optimization.
  • Assist in creating documentation and operational workflows within the Technical Support Operations team including collaboration with systems, quality assurance, training, and content colleagues.
  • Maintain clear and concise process documentation within internal resource platforms.
  • Effectively communicate with internal customers in all mediums to meet evolving customer demand to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree, in progress or recently completed; pursuing a degree in Business Operations, Organizational Management, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing and/or Software Engineering (Required)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
