Nova Biomedical is hiring a Technical Support Operations Analyst fully on-site in our Waltham, MA facility. The Technical Support Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Department. This role will be responsible for monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Field/Dispatch/Operations performance metrics and will be the programmer and support for the Nova CRM software and interfaces to other internal business platforms.
