About The Position
The Technical Support Manager at Afinia Label is responsible for leading a team of Technical Support Representatives (TSRs) to provide exceptional technical product support and repair services for high-speed digital printers and related equipment. This role involves managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring efficient operations within the Technical Support department.
