The Waters Taunton Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Tech Support Manager to join the team. This critical and highly visible position will be the leading technical authority on chemical processes at the Taunton site and will be responsible for ensuring their optimal performance and successful results. Responsibilities include leading the troubleshooting, support, and improvement of existing manufacturing processes as well as working with R&D to transfer new chromatographic products into the Taunton site. To achieve these objectives, this individual will manage a team of chemists working in a chemical laboratory environment in support of a larger manufacturing facility. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, flexible, and a quick learner, who exhibits methodical thinking to troubleshoot highly complex chemistry-based challenges. The Taunton Manufacturing Facility is an extremely fast-paced environment where many sophisticated projects must be completed simultaneously.
