The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Liaison. A Technical Support Liaison (TSL) serves as the final level of technical support prior to development staff. The main responsibility is to provide technical support, implementation assistance, monitoring, and reporting for NIPR infrastructure, applications, and services. Application monitoring and alerting are handled through New Relic. The team monitors for and responds to any alerts received that may indicate an application or infrastructure issue. Monitoring is 24/7 for critical issues. TSL staff participate in a weekly on-call rotation. This is a full-time position which will allow the successful candidate to work remotely or hybrid in the NIPR's physical office space in Kansas City, MO.
