About The Position

Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working from the Schaumburg, IL North America HQ.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area.

  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills.
  • Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.
  • Experience in tools like ServiceNow, Active Directory.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools.
  • Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in asset lease deployment coordination.
  • Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11.

Responsibilities

  • Deskside and remote technical support.
  • Ticket management within ServiceNow.
  • PC deployment and setup.
  • Troubleshooting complex IT issues.
  • Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.
