About The Position

Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working from the Stevens Point, WI office. Responsibilities: Deskside and remote technical support. Ticket management within ServiceNow. PC deployment and setup. Troubleshooting complex IT issues. Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support are OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area

  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills
  • Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in desktop technical support Incident resolution
  • Experience in tools like Service now, Active Directory
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools
  • Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in asset lease deployment coordination
  • Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11
