About The Position

As a Support Engineer, you will take ownership of technical issues from first report through resolution, including root-cause analysis and clear communication with users across the firm. You’ll support endpoint and collaboration technologies that are core to how Bridgewater operates, escalating thoughtfully to Senior Support Engineers when appropriate. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on support and continuous improvement. As our infrastructure evolves, you’ll work across a mix of legacy and modern platforms—maintaining, integrating, and retiring systems as needed. You’ll be expected to deliver reliable outcomes today while contributing to a more scalable, automated environment over time. Requirements

  • Strong Technical Acumen obtained via a relevant bachelors/graduate program or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience with scripting and automation (Python, Powershell etc.) with a desire to grow in these areas
  • Extremely high standards, zero tolerance for low quality work
  • An understanding of Enterprise level systems (DNS, AD, networking, file sharing)
  • Moderate expertise in two or more: Windows 10/11, OSX, Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, iPhones, Amazon WorkSpaces, Azure services, SCCM, PowerShell
  • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs
  • This role has an onsite requirement of 4 days/week in our Connecticut office, with occasional travel to our New York City office.
